The YAGP Gala performance features the finalists of YAGP international ballet competition and guest stars from leading dance companies from around the world.
Alongside an all-star cast including Polina Semionova, Roberto Bolle, David Hallberg, Maria Kowroski, Philip Neal and Wendy Whelan, Jin Yao and Huang Zhen will perform the Grand Pas Classique, a bravura pas de deux choreographed by Victor Gsovsky to music by Daniel Francois Esprit Auber. It is their debut performance in New York.
Artistic Director John Meehan said, "We are delighted that our dancers have been invited to participate in a major event such as this. It gives them a wonderful opportunity to perform on an international stage alongside many fine dancers from all over the world.
