Assistant Marketing Manager
The candidate should have a passion for promoting the arts and be in tune with the cultural scene and mass media in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the PR and Marketing Manager and be responsible for writing press releases for each production;
- Organize interviews and press events, and create media interest in the upcoming productions;
- Prepare advertising and promotion plans, produce promotional collaterals and videos, making use of innovative means to market the company's productions.
Requirements:
- University degree in journalism, communications, languages or related disciplines;
- 4-5 years experience in media, PR or arts administration;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Proficiency in computer software and internet usage;
- Passion for dance and the arts a plus;
- Meticulous, team-player and able to work irregular hours and under pressure.

Development Coordinator
The candidate will be responsible for the general administration of the Development Department; House Programme advertising and the Club HK Ballet scheme.
Responsibilities:
- To actively support the Development Manager in all aspects of business development and administration:
- Fundraising
- Club Hong Kong Ballet
- House Programme Advertising
- Events Management
- Database Management - To accurately update, improve and maintain contact database;
- To assist with administration and organisation related to Development events;
- Responsibility for The Club Hong Kong Ballet scheme;
- Responsibility for House Programme advertising sales.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above. Minimum 3 years experience of Development and events organisation preferable;
- Excellent administration and organisational ability;
- Forward thinking;
- Proactive and enthusiastic manner;
- Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin);
- Good knowledge and experience of using databases and spreadsheets;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- The ability to work as part of a team;
- Knowledge of and experience in performing arts a definite advantage;
- Ready to work irregular hours and under pressure.

Stage Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma holder of Theatre Technical Arts or with minimum 3 years' experience in stage management with HKCEE qualifications;
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Putonghua is preferable;
- Excellent in computer skills;
- To assist the Technical Director in routine operation of stage management and co-ordinate all technical matters between Artistic and Technical Department.
