Arts Administrator Trainee

The candidate should have passion to develop his/her long-term career in a performing arts organization.  As a starter, he/ she should interest on support various departments on back office tasks and then target to move on to other department in the Company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the Administrative Officer on the general administration tasks of the back office, including office reception, incoming/ outgoing mails arrangement, ordering of office supplies and etc
  • Participate in special projects or events held by the Company from the research planning stage to the executions
  • Support the Company’s marketing, education, fundraising and outreach activities
  • Update the company’s website and other on-line or print materials
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with vendors and outside related parties of the Company

Requirements

  • University Degree holder
  • Major in Marketing with knowledge in digital marketing with ballet/ dance background would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing, Photoshop and other photo or video editing tools
  • Detail-orientated, team-player with initiative, open to flexible working hours
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Fast learner and hard working
