Get ready for a new performing arts dimension!

Hong Kong Ballet is thrilled to launch our very first NFTs in partnership with Digital Art Fair Xperience Hong Kong 2022! Hundreds of digital artworks will be showcased in both physical and digital displays. We are honoured to present our NFTs among extraordinary digital art collections, taking the ballet experience to a whole new level.

HKB and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra are issuing limited-edition Cyberpunk Ballet NFTs for sole ownership of a vibrant 10-second video directed by award-winning director Ahong Cheung. For the first group of collectors, each NFT comes with two privileged seats for a 2023 Coco Chanel: the Life of a Fashion Icon performance and a private meeting with the creative minds behind the show.

With Septime Webre’s holiday extravaganza The Nutcracker returning to bring festive cheer this December in a fantastical celebration of Hong Kong in the early 20th century, HKB has created dynamic The Nutcracker NFT tickets from the captivating holiday classic to elevate the show experience, and all ticket holders will be invited to a HKB exclusive event!

Cyberpunk Ballet

Decked out in flamboyant, fantastical costumes, HKB dancers mill about at dizzying speeds in the bustling neon-lit streets of SoHo, a popular late night party haven for revellers in Hong Kong. Drawing upon Hong Kong’s enduring cyberpunk legacy that has inspired popular sci-fi films, the video collection salutes the dynamic city, both past and present, with an unexpected approach to revive the city virtually and to pay homage to its famous neon light aesthetics and renowned cinematic style.
