Support the general administration tasks of the back office, including office reception, incoming/outgoing mails & fax arrangement and courier arrangement
Responsible for ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance work and cleaning services
Responsible for systems used by Administration team, and prepare relevant documents and reports
Provide relevant support to all offices, workshop and warehouse of the Company
Responsible for flight ticket and hotel booking arrangement
Handle company Insurance (non-medical) matters with insurance broker
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head or the designated person
A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience in receptionist, and/or office administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English and Putonghua
