Main Responsibilities
- Manage and execute ballet workshops, children rehearsals and other related events
- Assist in children’s waiting area
- Maintain strong relations with parents, students, partners and supporters
- Liaise with internal teams, venue personnel, teachers, pianist and other relevant parties to ensure that operations are efficient, effective and of the highest standard
- Early Years in children programme experience is an advantage
- Knowledge in dance/ ballet is an advantage
Requirements
- Post-secondary students and fresh graduates are welcomed
- Pleasant and helpful personality with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Have passion towards young children and educating young children
- A team player, creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Work 2-4 days per week, 4-8 hours per day
- Flexible working hours (Mon-Fri, within 15:00-20:00; Sat-Sun, within 09:00-19:00)
- Immediate available is preferred
- $60-$80 per hour
