Join a vibrant and internationally renowned performing arts company as a Programme Officer, where your work directly supports the creation and delivery of world-class productions. Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will collaborate with the Artistic Team, Company Dancers, and both local and international guest artists to ensure smooth operations and exceptional artistic experiences.

Main Responsibilities
- Venue Coordination & Budgeting: Manage relationships with performance venues, oversee booking logistics, and prepare the annual venue rental budget.
- Artist Support & Logistics: Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements for international guest artists, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Production & Tour Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of company productions and tours, including logistics and scheduling.
- Music Resource Management: Source music materials (CDs, scores, sheet music), manage music rights clearance, and maintain organized music archives.
- Presentation & Documentation: Assist in preparing presentation materials and maintain up-to-date departmental databases and archival records.
- Data & Records Management: Regularly update the Programme Department’s databases and archival records to ensure accurate and accessible information.
Requirements
- University graduate with a background in performing arts
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience, preferably in arts administration
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word processing, Photoshop and video editing tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-orientated, self-motivated and proactive
- Familiarity with music and dance is an advantage but not a must
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with flexible hours and the ability to perform well under pressure
