- Greet guests/visitors, answer and screen phone calls, arrange incoming/outgoing mails & fax, arrange courier delivery/distribution of parcels.
- Responsible for office supplies and inventory keeping, office and equipment maintenance, prepare relevant documents/reports, and clerical support tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with vendors and outside related parties of the Company.
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head or the designated person.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, and/or Office Administrative role
- Hands-on experiences with office equipment , and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Putonghua
