Reporting to the Company Office Manager, manage the front desk/reception and provide support to the office administration team.
Main Responsibilities
Greet guests/visitors and handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner; handle all incoming/outgoing mails and fax; arrange courier delivery/distribution of parcels
Responsible for procurement of office supplies and inventory keeping, office and equipment maintenance
Provide support to the office administration team and maintain an organized document and record management system
Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Company Office Manager
Requirements
Diploma or above, minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Proactive, good team player with a “can-do” attitude
Proficient in English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
Immediately available or short notice is preferred
