This season, HKB has curated a special The Nutcracker exhibition for fans. The exciting exhibition shares the story behind the festive ballet and showcases its cultural references and creative process. In addition to a bespoke photo booth with the Ocean Park beloved panda twins to capture memorable moments, guests can enjoy a unique art installation, ‘Eternal Relevé’, that honours ballet artistry and sustainability. This original work is inspired by Michelangelo Pistoletto’s ‘Third Paradise’ and was created in collaboration with City University of Hong Kong’s College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences as part of the “FASHION TO RECONNECT: A Tale of Two Style Capitals” project, the innovative exhibition can be experienced from now until 14 December 2025 at HKCC’s lobby.

Capture the Magic Moment with Jia Jia & De De!

This festive season, the magical The Nutcracker: A Hong Kong Adventure joyfully extends beyond the stage into the community! Hong Kong Ballet is thrilled to welcome Panda Friends characters of the iconic giant panda twins Jia Jia and De De at Ocean Park, to its very special The Nutcracker Exhibition.

While they’ll be making a surprise appearance during the show, you can also meet them anytime at our entertaining The Nutcracker-themed photobooth. Strike a pose with the adorable pandas, and share your most creative holiday snaps for a chance to win a fabulous prize!

• The ‘Capture the Magic Moment with Jia Jia & De De’ photo contest is organised by Hong Kong Ballet.
• The contest runs from 27 November 2025 to 28 December 2025 at 11:59 PM (Hong Kong time). Entries submitted outside this time period will not be considered.
• To enter, participants must upload their original photos from the The Nutcracker Exhibition photobooth to Instagram or Facebook, set their account to public, tag @hongkongballet and use the hashtag #HKBnutcracker.
• Three (3) winners will be selected based on the creativity of their submitted photos. The decision of Hong Kong Ballet’s judges will be final and binding.
• Winners will be announced on Hong Kong Ballet’s official Instagram and Facebook on or before 31 December 2025 and will be contacted by a direct message to arrange for prize collection.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
