由康樂及文化事務署與香港芭蕾舞團教育及外展部每年合作之「創意芭蕾實踐計劃」是一個集芭蕾舞、幕後探索及服裝課的創意藝術教育計劃。由多位本地芭蕾舞界精英及經驗豐富的媒體導師帶領同學開拓他們創意無限的藝術空間，讓他們在課程中能愉快地體驗不同藝術媒體的知識和技巧。此計劃不但能提升同學們的表達能力、自信心和創造力，亦能令他們對表演藝術產生更濃厚的興趣。這經過精心設計的活動除了工作坊外，還有校內舞蹈導賞演出、參觀舞蹈員排練、結業演出及分享交流會。
課程將於每年9月至6月進行。
