Administrative Officer

The candidate should have a passion for working in a performing arts organization.  He/she will be responsible for the general administration planning and execution in the Administrative department of a mid-sized company (around 100 staff members)

Main Responsibilities

  • In charge of the office general administration duties
  • Report to Finance Director and supervise an Administrative Assistant and an Office Assistant     
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with vendors and outside related parties of the Company 
  • Support and participate in projects or events held by other departments from logistic arrangement to on-the field executions   
  • To assist in negotiation with the insurance company for the renewal of various insurance for the Company     
  • Work closely with the HR colleague on the overseas staff relocation logistic arrangement and other special projects        
  • Work closely with the IT colleague on matters relating to offices, warehouses, IT and ERP system support
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by Finance Director or her delegate


  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years relevant experience in general administration 
  • Excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)        
  • Proficiency in computer skills, Chinese Word Processing and MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent, detail-orientated, flexible and team-player with initiative
  • Working in NGO and knowledge in ballet/ dance would be advantageous
