Senior Accounts Clerk

The candidate should have a passion for working in a performing arts NGO and a proven track record in working in the Finance department of a mid-sized company (around 100 staff members).

Main Responsibilities

  • Report to the Assistant Accounting Manager of the Company       
  • Responsible for both AP and AR accounting entries in the system
  • Prepare payment to vendors
  • Handle staff monthly expense claims
  • Prepare reports from the finance system (Oracle Netsuite)
  • Support on-going and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Assistant Accounting Manager


  • LCCI Level III and/or Diploma in Accounting, with at least 2 years full set accounting experience
  • Experience in handling job accounting is preferred
  • Proficient in using MS Office, such as Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software and ERP system is an advantage
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Candidate with less experience and qualification will be considered as Accounts Clerk.
