Hong Kong Ballet cares about senior citizens’ mental and physical health and wants to bring ballet into the wider local community to share our encouraging message of ‘Never Standing Still’ with them. Ballet provides tremendous health benefits for seniors, and with ‘Silver Ballet: Dance with Joy @Community’, older adults looking to stay active and connected can participate in one-off ballet workshops and regular ballet classes in the communities where they live.
Regular Community Ballet Classes
